'Missing Link'

I found out about a play today that is going to be run in Melbourne, Australia called 'Missing Link'. It's based on donor conception issues.

I'm really looking forward to seeing it!

Read more about it here!

I am the co-writer and director of Missing Link. I just found your page while googling for feedback to the show.

Unfortunately, Missing Link is a high school touring show, so it is not having a public season at this stage, although it might in the next year or two.

We presented a one off performance at the Open Stage at Melbourne Uni last week, and if I'd found your web page by then we could have invited you and other interested blog contributors. Next time...

There were some donor conceived adults in the audience for that showing, as well as their families and the response was really fantastic. There were also representatives from the DCSG and ITA, and an adviser to Tony Abbott's office, which was great.

Anyway, if you want to know anything more about the show and future seasons, feel free to contact us at and if you like, join the mailing list.

all the best,

Chris Kohn

Hi Chris,

I was actually one of the members of that audience :) I was invited along with the ITA. I came along with another donor conceived person and an adoptee friend of ours.

I hope that the play helps to educate young people and their families about the injustices of donor conception practices on young people such as myself.

Goodluck with it all :)
